Located along the beachfront, Mango Bay’s restaurant offers the choice of either open-air or air-conditioned dining. Meals are a mixture of buffet and table d’hote options and feature a fusion of Caribbean and International cuisine.  There is a complimentary scuba diving lesson in the pool on Tuesdays and Fridays provided by Reefers and Wreckers. Dives, further instruction and certification can be arranged.
All guests can avail of a complimentary 2-hour Catamaran trip that takes you along the West Coast of the island and includes snorkelling and swimming with the Leatherback and Hawksbill turtles.

ACCOMMODATION:
Mango Bay offers 76 beautifully appointed air-conditioned guest rooms. Designed in warm, muted tones with contemporary accents, all accommodations are furnished with king-size beds (twin beds on request) and boast furnished balconies or patios all overlooking the garden, pool or sea.  The Deluxe rooms located on the top floor of the main building with 2-poster beds, 6ft bathtubs and waterfall shower heads are well worth the upgrade.

About Barbados

Barbados is the jewel in the Caribbean crown. This shining gem offers crystal waters, palm trees, the beaches of the west coast lapped by the warm waves of the Caribbean and a variety of good quality restaurants and nightlife particularly in the south of the island.

The west coast is home to some of the most sophisticated hotels and resorts, including excellent golf courses and many signature restaurants.

Barbados is the most easterly of the Caribbean islands and measures 21 miles by 14 miles. Barbados is a favourite with Irish travellers and for good reason! The island has a wonderful climate, white sand beaches, foaming surf particularly along the south coast and offers some of the most sophisticated hotels in the Caribbean.

While in Barbados we recommend you take a guided tour whether by jeep or bus where you will learn about the history of the island and witness the spectacular east coast. No trip to Barbados would be complete without a catamaran trip where you get the opportunity to swim with the turtles. Finally make sure you take in one of the many exciting dinner shows.

Barbados is superbly placed for a two or three centre tailor-made holiday. Islands such as St. Lucia, Tobago and Antigua are easily accessible by air.
