Shandon Travel, one of Ireland's leading travel agents and tour operators, comprises of 5 retail shops (including a dedicated cruise centre and corporate section) and tour operating divisions to France, South & Central America, India and the Caribbean.

Shandon Travel are looking to recruit Travel Consultants (with experience) who wish to work from home and for themselves!
 
…If you have previously worked in a travel agency, tour operator, cruise line or airline and have a passion for travel and have an intimate knowledge of a particular country or destination or of cruising or of making business travel arrangements then you could be the kind of person that we are looking for...

You may be based in any part of the country. You must have the ability to build your own network of loyal customers; a strong existing group of friends and family is a distinct advantage as is membership of sports / social / religious /life style groups.

You should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Delivering the highest possible levels of customer service, you will be adept at converting telephone enquiries as well as generating new local and repeat clients.

Your income will be commission based, so your potential earnings are within your control.

…This is not a role for average sales performers...
